Job Profile: Technical Recruiter.

Salary: 14,750 INR CTC (12,048 INR Take home per month) per month and Incentives as per the performance and achievements of an Individual.

Appraisal: The appraisal would be done after 9 months of Joining on the basis of the performance. It could lead to Designation and Salary hike, either of them or none since it altogether depends on the performance of an individual.
