Job Description
Responsible for giving Technical support to International customers over the Phone.
Minimum Qualification
2013, 2012 Batch
Should be above 18 years & below 40 years of age
B.Tech-CSE, IT, ECE, EE, ME
BCA, BBA
Skills Required
Basic Desktop and computer knowledge.
Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts
Possess good organizational and time management skills
Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
Exhibit strong teamwork
Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
Attentive listener
Ability to use common courtesies
Confident while communicating
Experience
Freshers  are welcome
1 year experience in any international BPO would be an added advantage
Relevant experience of any industry would be taken into consideration
Job Responsibilities
Should be able to Meet minimum login hours
Meeting SLA on time
Keeping AHT under control
Attendance should be above 96%
Should not take any unsched leave
Compensation
CTC is 1.64L during the training which will be 2-3 months.
Post the training additional 15K to 37K will get added to CTC depending upon the project they gets deployed.
But this increased amount gets paid after 6 months accumulated.
So ideally first 6 months the salary will be 1.64L
Students can switch after one year in software division of HCL


Reporting Time: Sharp 08:30 AM.
