Compensation during : 1. Stipend & allowance between Rs. 24, 000/- to Rs. 27, 000/-
Training 2. Lumpsum amount of Rs. 18, 000/- on successful training
3. Benefits like LTA of Rs. 21, 000/- PA, leave as per rules/ free/ subsidized accommodation at site
Compensation on : 1. Gross Salary of around 28, 000/- to 33, 000/-
successful completion 2. Rs. 4.6 to 5.2 Lacs Per Annum CTC
