This is to inform you that ‘Indian Navy’ shall be visiting our Shahpur Campus to recruit our B. Tech final year students (2011-2015 Batch) under University Entry Scheme (UES).

Only those students of B. Tech final year who have already applied online are required to report at 9:00 AM sharp in Seminar Hall of CTIEMT on 15th September, 2014 (Monday).

The students are required to carry the following documents:
(a)    Print out of online application form (with photograph) along with attested copies of 10th, 12th, 01 to 06 semester mark sheets and certificates. Online application form must be attested by Director/Principal of Institute/ College. The mark sheets and certificates must be attested by Gazetted Officer.
(b)   Print out of the email along with College Identity Card.
(c)    Original 10th, 12th, 01 to 06 semester mark sheets and certificates.
(d)    Any one of these ID proof: Voter’s ID/ Passport /Driving License/Pan Card/Aadhaar Card.
(e)    Failure to bring above documents will render the students ineligible to appear for Campus Interview of UES.

The students should note that they are required to strictly wear the prescribed uniform of the Institute failing which they will not be permitted to attend any of the rounds.
